SERVE THE COMMUNITY
1 Peter 4:10 | As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.
MISSION & OUTREACH
Reaching out is a crucial piece of who we are in our identity as Christians. We follow Jesus by loving others and sharing the Good News. By partnering with local, national, and international organizations, we put our gifts to work. There’s a place for you to serve in our church, in your community, or across the globe.

OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE
First Immanuel Ministries offer a wide variety of service opportunities throughout the year to participate in. Serving others is a way to worship God no matter how big or small; "Whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water in my name will certainly not lose his reward." Matthew 10:42

MILWAUKEE RESCUE MISSION
Every Tuesday, groups from FIL help serve meals to men, women and children that come looking for help. We travel as a group from FIL, leaving at 3pm, returning by 6:30 pm. You may be called upon to serve the main meal, desserts, and occasionally help in the kitchen. Close-toes shoes, conservative dress and a willingness to selflessly serve are the only requirements!
