Prayer cannot be overestimated! Prayer moves the hand of God. First Immanuel Lutheran Ministries is a family of faith dependent upon prayer and committed to God’s sovereignty.
If you have a prayer request you can submit it below on our prayer wall. A group of volunteers will lift up these prayers throughout the week.

My father was diagnosed with cancer. His overall health is not good to begin with. My friend, Ellie is experiencing a decline in health as well. Prayers for comfort and peace for both of them.

My little sister (junior in high school) went back to mental rehabilitation hospital last night for the second time in two years after a suicide attempt. We are not able to visit her due to COVID restrictions and is limited to 2 phone calls a day. Please pray not only for her healing, but that my parents would have the strength and wisdom to guide her and that we would find doctors who are able to help her complete her healing totally; also that she would be able to pick back up in school and understand the material that she will miss while in the hospital. My little sister is not a Christian and does not know the peace of God during this hard time.

Pray that all may go well with the opening of our schools and that students, teachers and staff stay healthy so that school can stay in session. Pray against anxiety of the students and teachers going back in this new environment.
